When, where: Tonight, 7:30 p.m., at The Horn in Suwanee.

Records, rankings: Etowah is 0-0 and unranked; Lambert is 0-0 and unranked.

Series history: Lambert leads 1-0.

Last meeting: Lambert won 14-7 in 2012.

What to know: Lambert quarterback Hayden McLeod is No.1 on the depth chart and will make his senior debut against a stingy Etowah defense, headlined by Ayden Bonilla, a senior safety and University of North Carolina commit. The Longhorns defeated Lanier 3-0 in the scrimmage matchup, but will need to take a few more chances on offense against Etowah.

Etowah’s offense is decent, but won’t scare defensive coordinators. The Eagles averaged 19 points per game en route to a 4-6 season a year ago. The offense doesn’t look to have improved so far, coming off a 28-10 scrimmage loss to Sequoyah.
