Here's a look at the county's top volleyball players from 2019.

Player of the Year

Ally Hall, Lambert

Middle Tennessee commit was a multi-faceted weapon for the Longhorns, finishing with 381 kills and a 39.5 hitting percentage, while leading the team in serving (95 percent serving percentage) and assists (425). 

Coach of the Year

Missey Hall, Lambert

Led Lambert to Elite 8 appearance during season where Longhorns were decimated by injuries. 

First team:

OH/MB — Ally Hall, Lambert

Averaged 4.4 assists per set, 4 kills per set and 2.4 digs per set.

L — Kayla Goetzman, West Forsyth

Senior finished with school-record 485 digs this season and was second on team with 35 aces. 

MB — Nidhisha Kancharla, Lambert

Junior averaged 2.1 kills per set and was a key weapon for the Longhorns before a season-ending injury in September. 

S — Emma Kiser, Forsyth Central

Sophomore had 583 assists and averaged 6.2 per set, second in the region behind Milton's Ashton Middleton. Added 71 aces, 64 kills and 171 digs. 

OH — Kate Perryman, North Forsyth

Region 5-7A Offensive Player of the Year was second in entire Class 7A with 111 blocks (1.1 per set). Added 372 kills, which was fifth in Class 7A.

OH — Avery Svehla, South Forsyth

Junior led the team with 283 kills (3.3 kills per set) despite missing postseason with injury. Finished second on the team with 259 digs (3 digs per set). 

OH — Taylor Nelson, Lambert

Sophomore filled a role for Longhorns in first year with the program, finishing with 221 kills.

Second team:

OH — Brinley Bramwell, South Forsyth

Junior had a well-rounded campaign for the War Eagles, finishing with 152 kills, 181 digs and leading the team with 418 receptions. 

L — Gabriela Conde-Borres, South Forsyth

Junior led team with 333 digs (3.7) digs per set and had a 91.2 percent serving percentage. 

L — Miranda Hardin, Lambert

Junior paced the defense with 333 digs (3.4 per set), leading the team with 435 receptions. 

S — Olivia Mooney, West Forsyth

Senior stepped up for the Wolverines after a preseason injury to run a 5-1 and finish with 530 assists. 

MB — Ella Collier, Denmark

Built an impressive sophomore campaign, leading Class 4A with 132 blocks. Also had 76 kills. 

S — Nathalia Quintero, North Forsyth

Co-Freshman of the Year in Region 5-7A was third in region with 53 aces, adding 323 assists. 

OH — Reece Rhoads, West Forsyth

Co-Freshman of the Year in Region 5-7A finished fourth in the region with 253 kills.

Honorable mention:

OH/S — Allison Clark, Pinecrest

Senior was injured most of season, but was a key weapon for the Paladins when healthy. 

OH — Lymaris Vasquez, West Forsyth

Freshman led the team with 58 aces and finished top 10 in the region with 174 kills.

OH — Dominae Jordan, Denmark

Freshman was second in region with 65 aces, adding 302 digs and 297 kills. 

DS — Clarisse Evangelista, Lambert

Junior tied for the team lead in aces with 47 and was second on team with 248 digs.

S — Phoebe Dean, South Forsyth

Junior led War Eagles with 51 aces and was fourth on team with 144 digs.

OH — Kennedy Allemand, Forsyth Central

Senior was among team leaders in nearly every stat, finishing with 120 kills, 35 aces and 161 digs in 79 sets played.
