Here are some of the best performances by Forsyth County high school football players from this past Friday.

THE BEST

Sports editor Brian Paglia picks the three best performances by Forsyth County high school football players each week.

Marcus Chatelain, Lambert: The senior rushed for 193 yards and a touchdown on 43 carries and had a tackle on defense in the Longhorns’ loss to Milton.

Jared Honey, South Forsyth: The senior running back rushed for 108 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries and caught one pass for a 10-yard touchdown in the War Eagles’ win against Central.

Cade Vela, West Forsyth: The senior rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries on offense and had eight tackles, three pass deflections and an interception he returned for a touchdown in the Wolverines’ win at North.

Charlie Aiken, North Forsyth: The junior wide receiver caught seven passes for 157 yards in the Raiders’ loss to West Forsyth.

Harrison Allen, North Forsyth: The junior offensive lineman graded out at 88 percent in the Raiders’ loss to West Forsyth.

J.R. Brockman, West Forsyth: The senior defensive back had 12 tackles and two pass deflections in the Wolverines’ win at North.

Justin Bruno, Lambert: The senior caught four passes for 58 yards in the Longhorns’ loss to Milton.

Zach Burchfield, South Forsyth: The sophomore linebacker had 12 tackles in the War Eagles’ win against Central.

Abraham Camara, West Forsyth: The junior defensive back had 14 tackles including two for losses and two pass deflections in the Wolverines’ win at North.

Jamal Camp, South Forsyth: The junior defensive lineman had five tackles including two for losses in the War Eagles’ win against Central.

Ze’Vian Capers, South Forsyth: The sophomore wide receiver caught four passes for 56 yards in the War Eagles’ win against Central.

David Carrillo, West Forsyth: The senior defensive lineman had eight tackles including one for a loss and a sack in the Wolverines’ win at North.

Bryce Christensen, Lambert: The senior kicker made his only field goal attempt (41 yards) and extra point in the Longhorns’ loss to Milton.

Gabe Cleveland, South Forsyth: The senior offensive lineman graded out at 96 percent with five pancake blocks in the War Eagles’ win against Central.

Nicky DalMolin, North Forsyth: The sophomore wide receiver caught nine passes for 76 yards in the Raiders’ loss to West Forsyth.
