Horizon Christian Academy volleyball opened its season with a 25-14, 25-23, 25-12 victory over Trinity Classical Christian on Wednesday.

Cassie Prausa led the team in serving with 6 being aces. Audrey Clanton had 10 assists. Evelyn Parker led the defense and protected the net with 4 blocks.

"It was great to see the team start off strong," Horizon coach Alexis Arthur said, "and see many new faces on court playing volleyball for the first time."
