We confirm that we are authorized to sell Tickets.
A valid Ticket must be produced to get into an Event. Either a printed or digital copy on a phone or other device will be accepted.
Please check your tickets to be sure yours has the correct information, and contact us at marketing@forsythnews.com if you need assistance or find an issue.
We will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. It is not always possible to issue duplicate tickets, where there is a possibility of both the original and duplicate tickets being used, compromising the licensed capacity of the venue. Duplicates may be issued at the discretion of the Promoter or the Venue acting reasonably. In the event of duplicates being issued, a reasonable administration charge may be levied.
We reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an Event to those specified on the Ticket should the staging of the Event so reasonably require, provided they are of no less value to that stated on the Ticket. Because of Covid-19 social distancing restrictions, it is understood that some changes to the event may have to be made in order to meet legal requirements. We will make these changes known as early as possible, but last minute changes are still a possibility.
Where reasonably necessary, the organizer of the Event and/or the Venue reserves the right to make alterations to the published Event program.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is canceled or rescheduled (subject to below) or where there is a material change to the event.
Where an event is canceled or rescheduled (subject to below) by the Venue or Promoter, where an Event is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond Our control, or where there is a material change to the program of the Event, You will be entitled to claim a refund.
A 'material' change is a change which, in Our reasonable opinion, makes the Event materially different from the event that the purchaser had generally expected to attend.
No refunds will be available after the event has ended.
Re-selling any free or comp tickets is prohibited, those may only be used by the contest winner or their designee.
The management of the Venues reserves the right to refuse Ticket holders admission to the Venues in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a Ticket is void.
The management of the Venues also reserve the right to request that Ticket holders leave the Venues at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. By way of example, a Venue may remove a Ticket holder who:
1) has behaved in the Venue in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the Venue has, or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors; or
2) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; or
3) in the reasonable opinion of the Venue is acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
You must comply with instructions and directions given by event staff
No refunds will be given to Ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behavior as suggested in, but not limited to, the examples above.
This event will be recorded/broadcast using both moving and still images. These images may appear in a variety of places, including but not limited to both commercial advertising and social media, including both the event organizers as well as other attendees media. By purchasing tickets and/or attending the event, you agree to allow us to use your likeness without compensation.
