Jenna Staiti had 25 points and 15 rebounds in West Forsyth’s 66-58 girls basketball victory over Centennial on Tuesday in the Johns Creek Thanksgiving Tournament championship.
The win improved the Lady Wolverines to 5-0 overall.
Staiti was named tournament Most Valuable Player. Connor Parker added 16 points while Abby Quincey scored 14 points.
South Forsyth 64, Walton 46: The Lady War Eagles cruised to a win in their final game of the War Eagle Classic.
South was led by sophomore guard Sarah Myers, who scored 19 points. Shelby Threlkeld had 14 points, KK Storm had 10 points, Ally Welch added nine points and Mari Jonnason contributed eight points.
Lambert 54, Cedar Shoals 14: The Lady Longhorns dominated in their final game of the Northeast Georgia Invitational at Madison County Middle School.
Freshman Leah Cote led Lambert with 12 points.
