Roswell 51, Forsyth Central 38

Morgan Day had 20 points but it wasn’t enough as the Bulldogs dropped a non-region game Tuesday at home.

Ansley Carver added 10 points for Central, who trailed by just four at halftime. But Roswell scored the first eight points of the third quarter and never looked back.

Horizon Christian 21, Atlanta Area School for the Deaf 20

Erin Wisler made a shot at the buzzer to lift the Warriors to a non-region victory Tuesday.

Clara Holtzclaw led Horizon with 10 points. Wisler finished with four points, while Bennett Ross grabbed seven rebounds.

North Gwinnett 42, South Forsyth 39

SUWANEE – Ryane Williams scored 15 points but it wasn’t enough as the War Eagles dropped a non-region game Tuesday on the road.

Zoe Maisel added 12 points for South (3-2).

Boys basketball

Roswell 46, Forsyth Central 41

Dominic Patterson had 19 points but it wasn’t enough as the Bulldogs dropped a non-region game Tuesday at home.

Anthony Roveto added 10 points for Central (0-4). The teams entered the fourth quarter tied at 35, but the Bulldogs were out-scored 11-6 in the final quarter.

Horizon Christian 80, Atlanta Area School for the Deaf 36

Pablo Marrero scored 19 points on 5-for-7 shooting from 3 as the Warriors cruised to a non-region victory Tuesday.

Michael Gul added 16 points for Horizon, while Alex Dahlberg had 11 and Mason Bierster scored 10 points.

North Gwinnett 68, South Forsyth 57

SUWANEE – Devin McGlockton had 12 points but it wasn’t enough as the War Eagles dropped a non-region game Tuesday on the road.

South fell to 2-3 this season.
