Teens could be tried as adults for making school threats if new safety bill passes
Legislation introduced in the Georgia State Senate this week could allow children from 13 to 17 years of age to be prosecuted as an adult for certain offenses, including the “terroristic threat of a school or terroristic act upon a school.”
