A bridge rehabilitation project that will
revitalize five bridges in two counties starts tonight in Forsyth
County.
Bridges included in this project will be
rehabilitated with a new driving surface and new joints.
Work will begin April 24 in Forsyth County on
the Majors Road Bridge over Ga. 400. Crews will close lanes between
7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Monday through Friday.
The project was awarded in November 2018
to Ram Construction Services of Michigan Inc., and has a
scheduled completion date of Aug. 31.
Officials urge caution when approaching the work zones.
